Make a Legal Will

You can make a Legal Will in minutes. There are 5 easy steps to the process.

Step 1 - Complete the Online Will Questionnaire
The first step to making your legal Will is to complete a short online Will Questionnaire that has been designed based on your marital status.

Please read through the rest of this page to familiarize yourself with the process of making a Legal Will. Once you are ready to proceed, please select the link below that matches your marital status. Please only click on the link one time as it will take a moment for the web page containing your Will Questionnaire to open.

Single
Select Single if you do not currently live with a spouse, whether you are widowed, divorced, separated or never married.
Married or Common Law
Select Married if you currently live with a spouse, whether you are legally married or just living common law in a marriage like relationship.

Step 2 - Will Preparation & Delivery

Once you have submitted your online Will Questionnaire, we will prepare your Will and send it to you by email in minutes. We will also send you detailed Will Signing Instructions and an Invoice.

We recommend you create a folder on you computer (usually under My Documents) and save your Will and the other documents we send you directly to the folder instead of just saving our email.

Please contact us If you do not receive your Will within 30 minutes of submitting your online Will Questionnaire.

Step 3 - Print and Review your Will

Open your Will and the additional documents we send you and print them on a good printer with good quality paper. You want your Will to last for many years so we recommend using a laser printer but an inkjet will do if you do not have access to a laser printer.

Carefully review your Will to make sure all the names are spelled correctly and that it reflects your wishes.

Contact us if you need changes or have any questions about the wording of your Will.

Step 4 - Sign Your Will

We will send you detailed Will Signing Instructions. You do not need to have your Will signed by a lawyer or notary public. However, you do need to sign your Will and have your signature witnessed by two friends to make it legal. Click here to review the detailed Will Signing Instructions now.

step 5 - Pay Your Invoice

We will send you an Invoice by email along with your Will. The price for your Will includes applicable sales tax.

You can pay your Invoice online using Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. If you prefer, you can contact us by telephone to provide us with your credit card payment. You can also mail or fax us your credit card information.

We also accept personal cheques, money orders and bank drafts. If you mail payment to us, the payment date will be the date of mailing.

Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 5 days to review your Will. Payment of your Invoice is due at the end of the review period.

If you are not satisfied with your Will or our service, your Invoice will be cancelled on the following conditions:

  1. You must notify us before the review period is over that you are not satisfied; and
  2. You must destroy all paper copies of the Will we prepared for you, permanently delete all electronic copies, and notify us in writing or by email that you have done so.
